Presentation of Anne

My name is Anne, I’m 25 years old and I’ve been asked to write some posts on this blog since I’ve been depressed more or less my whole life.

I’m in no way, shape or form a doctor or anything like it, and I’m not pretending to be, but despite my relatively young age I’ve experienced some things and I’ve come up with strategies to handle a lot of emotions (or lack thereof) quite well. I hope some of it might help those who’ll read my posts. It might be you who are reading who needs help, or it might be someone around you who’s struggling. I’ll try my best to be as educational as I can be for both cases. Not everything will fit other people but in my experience a lot of it works on many. Why not give it a try?
