Get Help with Burnout, Depression, and Pain.

As I’ve explained earlier, I’m not cheap, and there are good reasons for that. I want to be able to focus on the individuals I help. I want to spend the necessary time with them and I want to be able to deliver what’s crucial for them to get them where they want to be. I want to change people’s lives when we work together. I want to focus sufficiently on those I help, instead of trying to help everyone with everything. I want to give us the chance to do that little extra thing once in a while, whatever that might be.

To some extent, it also works the other way around. Those who pay for help are much more eager to utilize the support they get. The cards are on the table. We’re doing this. All in!

Those who want the whole package – or just a little help – but who don’t show up, don’t do their homework, or don’t delve into the reading they are asked to do, often find it not worth the price.

Those who do, and change their entire lives, likely find it worthwhile. I have people who still – years after we worked together – message me now and then to express their gratitude and catch me up on how things are going for them. They are probably not as bothered by the price they paid.

After having worked with the per-hour solution for a while, I have moved on to first looking at the problem and coming up with an offer when I have a good enough sense of if I can help. If I meet people once, twice, or a few times, I can keep hours in mind, but the most common solution is to charge per meeting or for a project where we meet a certain number of times per project or as much as necessary within reasonable limits with full coaching. It has proven to work much better for clients and their results rather than counting minutes since you’re after the solution – not a specific amount of time with me. They know the price of solving the problem and how committed they need to be for a set period, which helps with clarity and motivation, which is essential when you are to change habits and routines and do hard things for days, weeks, and months.

Getting through burnout, depression, and long-term pain can be a challenging journey. I offer coaching in three different steps to meet your individual needs:

Full Coaching (73,000 SEK):

As I mention in the introduction, I prefer to do the whole thing with those who have a whole list of symptoms because of the triad of burnout, depression, and pain. That way, we generally get the best results. We get to know each other well, which seems to make a big difference, and we get to spend enough time together to move forward and make the necessary changes to achieve what we want. In this package, we meet as often as needed over twelve weeks. The goal is to dive deep into the problems and work intensively to make the necessary changes. Through frequent meetings, we can adapt strategies as we learn more about what works best for you.

Weekly Coaching (30,000 SEK):

When you really want help but meeting weekly is enough, the program for weekly coaching is ideal. It works regardless of whether you need help with stress, depression and/or pain – or if you need help with physical aspects where we meet in person for twelve weeks. This package gives you more responsibility, which is no problem if you are ready to take it. Even if we don’t meet as often, the goal is still the same – to create meaningful changes that help you feel better.

Coaching to Treat Anxiety and Fear is another package solution where we meet at the same interval, but primarily to treat anxiety and fear using cognitive behavioral therapy.

Quarter-Coaching (7,500 SEK):

This is a shorter engagement where we meet weekly for three weeks. Our primary task here is to turn the current situation around and develop a solid plan to escape from the misery you are in right now. Initially, we analyze your situation and identify the necessary steps to move forward. Then you will have the tools and the plan in place, but the implementation is in your hands.

For those who need help with physical aspects, I can help with Rehabilitation, Manual Treatment, and Personal Training.

  • New visit (1,500 SEK): This includes diagnostics and a digital rehabilitation program which practically becomes a mini-course on how to make progress. Initial treatment is included if it proves to be noticeably helpful to steer you in the right direction.
  • Per hour (1,000 SEK): Standard service for ongoing treatment or training.
  • Package of 5 (5,000 SEK): Includes one new visit and four follow-up treatments.
  • Home delivery and meetings in other places: Prices and possibilities are discussed individually.

In some cases, personal economy sets the limit. Sometimes you have to look at the budget and do what you can with what you have. That’s reasonable. You can’t always buy the house or the car you dream of. You might have to settle for what you can get. When we look at health, we can’t really change the underlying problem. We can change how much responsibility you take yourself, but the solution to get where you need to be is likely more or less the same.

Sometimes, you don’t know what you want until you talk to someone. That’s one of the reasons why I often discuss this with people before we go through with any transaction. If you’re curious, get to the contact page and let’s talk first.

Do It Yourself

Doing things yourself works for some – and some need more help. If you need more help, it’s reasonable to reach out to me to get that hands-on help. Just buying something on the internet doesn’t help if it’s not used whether you buy this or something else, somewhere else.

The purpose of this feature is for you to solve a problem or get better, but much cheaper than if you had to meet a therapist. But the work still needs to be done.

The Book (250 SEK):

If you prefer to do it yourself and you’re bothered by burnout, depression and/or long-term pain, I highly recommend The Book.

The book is there to teach you how to treat your stress and burnout, depression, and long-term pain yourself without having to go through me. This is only a part of what I do with my coaching clients, but I’ve tried to pick out the bits I hope will have the biggest impact on most people.

Writing something decent enough is tricky, but here you’re getting a PDF with almost 50 chapters in almost 400 pages. That’s 112,000 words and 632,000+ characters that should give you something to think about. Following all of this could likely change lives.

You’ll find more about the book by clicking the product below, and there might be some further information if you visit mbdolor.com/book

A pragmatic approach to treating anxiety and fear(3500 SEK):

This can help you get rid of anxiety on your terms.

When you get this package, you’ll get the same information I use with clients. You’re getting access to the notes I use myself rather than a static document like a book, so it might very well evolve over time to get even better. In this, my ambition is to give you enough insight into how we treat anxiety to teach you to treat it all yourself. That means you’ll be able to progress as fast or as slowly as you prefer – and you’ll be able to treat several things. You’re not stuck with the solution to one single trouble.
